Ingredients

1/2 cup Salted Butter, softened

1/2 cup Granulated Sugar

1/3 cup Brown Sugar

1 large Egg

1/2 teaspoon Vanilla

1 1/2 cups All Purpose Flour

1/2 cup Chocolove Hot Cocoa Mix

1/2 teaspoon Salt

1/2 teaspoon Baking Soda

1 teaspoon Baking Powder

3/4 cups dehydrated Mini Marshmallows (mallow bits)

Recipe

Cream together butter and sugars until light and fluffy. Add egg and vanilla and mix to combine.

In a separate bowl combine all remaining dry ingredients except marshmallows.

Add the Chocolove Hot Cocoa Mix and the remaining dry ingredients to the butter and sugar mixture and stir to combine. The dough will be slightly crumbly but should hold together when pressed.

Fold in half of the dehydrated mini marshmallows. Use a cookie scoop to form dough balls and place on a parchment lined tray.

Chill dough in the fridge for 30 minutes.

Bake in a preheated 350° oven for 9-12 minutes or until edges are set

Sprinkle the remaining marshmallows on top of hot cookies while they cool
