Shipping Information
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. You’ll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.
We ship Monday–Wednesday via 2-day shipping with FedEx or UPS (excluding holidays). When weather permits, shipping may extend through Friday.
Note: FedEx and UPS cannot deliver to PO Boxes or Armed Forces addresses (APO/FPO/DPO). Please provide a valid U.S. street address for delivery.

⚠️ Warm Weather Shipping: To ensure your chocolate arrives in perfect condition, we may delay shipments if transit temperatures are expected to reach 90°F or higher. We’ll notify you if your order is affected.
