Return Policy

Chocolove wants you to be fully satisfied with your order. If, however, you are not, please contact [email protected].

For Consumer orders:

  • Chocolove cannot accept returns from consumer customer orders.
  • If your order does not arrive in factory fresh condition, you can request a refund. 
  • Please provide a description of the problem, lot numbers, and photos of the cause for concern.
  • You may keep the chocolate or donate as you see fit.

For Wholesale orders:

  • For wholesale customers, returns will be accepted. 
  • We will provide return labels, ice packs (if necessary), and protection specifications. We will also pay for return shipping.
