For Consumer orders:
- Chocolove cannot accept returns from consumer customer orders.
- If your order does not arrive in factory fresh condition, you can request a refund.
- Please provide a description of the problem, lot numbers, and photos of the cause for concern.
- You may keep the chocolate or donate as you see fit.
For Wholesale orders:
- For wholesale customers, returns will be accepted.
- We will provide return labels, ice packs (if necessary), and protection specifications. We will also pay for return shipping.
