This Privacy Policy governs the collection of information about you by Creative Natural Products, Inc. d/b/a Chocolove (referred to as “Chocolove”, “us” or “we”) through this website (www.chocolove.com) and the use of such information by Chocolove.  With respect to information submitted or collected on the Chocolove website, you accept the terms and conditions of this Privacy Policy.  By accessing and using our website, you agree to be bound by and accept this Privacy Policy. We do not sell Personally Identifiable Information.  Chocolove uses your Personally Identifiable Information for the purposes for which it was submitted by you to us, such as answering product inquiries, processing your order and related customer service purposes. In the event you have any questions or concerns about Personal Identifiable Information you submit to the Chocolove website, please contact us [email protected].  We will use reasonable efforts to remove your Personally Identifiable Information from our then current website at any time upon your written request to Chocolove  PO box 18357 Boulder, CO 80308.  Such removal of Personally Identifiable Information will not ensure the permanent removal of such Personally Identifiable Information from our website.  For example, such Personally Identifiable Information may remain in the archival or backup copies of our website.

This website is controlled by us from our offices within the State of Colorado, United States of America.  It can be accessed from all 50 states, as well as from other countries around the world.  As each of these places has laws that may differ from those of the State of Colorado, by accessing this website both of us agree that the statutes and laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to the conflicts of laws principles thereof, will apply to all matters relating to the use of this website and the purchase of products available through this website.  Each of us agrees and hereby submits to the exclusive personal jurisdiction and venue of the District court for Boulder County Colorado and the United States District Court for Colorado with respect to such matters.  We make no representation that the products available through our website are appropriate or available for use in locations outside of the United States, and accessing them from territories where such products are illegal is prohibited.  Those who choose to access this website from other locations do so on their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws.
