1 bar of Chocolove Ruby Chocolate
Other Supplies Needed
Microwave safe bowl
Silicone spatula for stirring
Begin by lining a baking sheet with parchment paper
Break the Chocolove Ruby Chocolate bar into pieces and place into a microwave safe bowl
Place bowl in microwave and heat for 30 seconds
Remove from microwave and stir
Heat another 30 seconds and stir again
If chocolate has not melted completely, heat again for 10 seconds and stir
Remove bowl of melted chocolate from microwave
Dip cherries into melted Ruby chocolate
Lay dipped cherries on parchment
Let cool until the Ruby chocolate forms a hard shell
If you do not have a microwave you can melt chocolate on the stovetop with a water bath. Place a pot with 1″ of water on the stove and heat to a simmer. Place a metal or glass bowl over the pot, without the bowl touching the water, and allow the heat from the water to gently melt the chocolate. Stir frequently to break apart lumps and prevent the chocolate from overheating.
